Program Director - Wholesale Technology
to own the systems, integrations, and workflows that enable global wholesale growth. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and operations—driving solution design, ensuring system readiness, and scaling processes across OMS, ERP, WMS, PLM/PIM, and wholesale partner platforms. You will provide strategic direction while maintaining hands-on engagement to guide requirements, support teams, and ensure high-quality delivery. This position reports to the VP of Merchandising Technology. What You Will Do
Strategic Requirements & Solution Leadership : Lead discovery and requirements definition across Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Merchandising, and Finance; translate complex workflows into clear technical requirements, integration logic, and scalable solution designs; drive future-state process mapping and data flow design to support global expansion and partner readiness. Systems & Data Governance : Oversee product data integrity and governance across OMS, ERP, PLM/PIM, and wholesale partner feeds; establish standards for item setup, UPCs, GTINs, pricing, content, and compliance data; develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for visibility and decision-making at scale. Integration Ownership : Provide senior oversight for wholesale partner integrations, including scoping, testing, deployment, and enhancements; monitor integration performance, resolve high-impact issues, and guide root-cause elimination with Technology and vendor teams; recommend integration tooling and architectural improvements to increase scalability and reduce manual work. Global Operations Support : Oversee setup of routing, labeling, ASN automation, and compliance logic within OMS/WMS and partner systems; own systemic improvements to global fulfillment workflows, optimizing accuracy, speed, and cost; partner with operations leaders to resolve escalations and strengthen end-to-end fulfillment processes. Program Leadership & Roadmap Execution : Lead the wholesale technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and driving delivery; anticipate dependencies, identify risks early, and maintain executive-level visibility into progress; champion adoption and change management across global teams to ensure successful rollout of new systems and workflows. What You Can Bring
7–10+ years of experience in wholesale operations, technical operations, business systems, integrations, or supply chain technology. Proven leadership driving complex, cross-functional systems initiatives end-to-end. Strong fluency across OMS, ERP, WMS, PLM/PIM, and EDI/API workflows. Demonstrated expertise in gathering requirements, designing scalable processes, and leading implementation efforts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with wholesale and supply chain platforms such as NuORDER, Centric, BlueCherry, Oracle, or comparable systems Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Airtable, Parabola) Comfort with data validation and reporting; SQL experience is a plus What Success Looks Like
