This position does NOT require insurance knowledge or experience- we will train you in everything you need to know! We are looking for self-driven, trainable, and professional individuals to join our recovery team! Our Spanish Speaking Collectors start with a base pay of $21.00 an hour plus uncapped commission and special benefit packages. New team members typically reach an average of $1,000 in commission each month during their first year, actual commissions may vary per person. Other perks: Free breakfast three times a week, potential tuition reimbursement for continued education, involvement opportunities in the community, 401K retirement plan, wellness programs and so much more! This position also has an established Career Path with an opportunity for base wage increase w/in the first 6 months of employment.

Strong candidates for this Full-Time role must have a high school diploma or GED and:
Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish
Enjoy or want to get experience working in an office setting
Work well in a fast-paced, professional environment
Have strong communication skills
Are well organized and pay good attention to detail
Consider themselves computer / tech-savvy
Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients
