Overview As a Consultant for the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), you'll be part of a dynamic, customer‑facing team that partners with clients to deliver projects that streamline operations and deliver tangible results. Your day‑to‑day involves configuring MES, collaborating with clients, building and implementing innovative technical solutions, and advocating for the success of our customers. Through this role you will sharpen both industry and technical expertise to successfully deliver major business transformation for MES clients across the region.

Day in the Life

Work within a project delivery team on MES implementation projects, with core responsibilities including software installation, solution configuration, integration work, verification, and testing.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of timesheets, acting with integrity to facilitate correct billing for customers.

Collaborate with the Solution Architect, acting as a Principled Entrepreneur, to enhance the experience for both our internal team and customers.

Work effectively within a small project delivery team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Engage professionally in customer interactions, providing knowledgeable responses and building customer confidence in our expertise, demonstrating Respect.

Ensure smooth execution of ‘Go Lives’ to maintain and enhance customer relationships, reflecting Principled Entrepreneurship.

Required Skills

Educated to degree level in computing, business information systems, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing technology or a related subject.

Some exposure to a manufacturing environment such as experience as an IT apprentice or hands‑on work within a factory setting—combined with a balanced mix of technical and functional skills.

Experience with configuring software, shop‑floor processes, and translating customer requirements into system configurations.

Experience coding, particularly in C#, along with a basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.

Ability to travel 10–20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the delivery of IT software projects.

Experience within manufacturing industries, either within IT or operations.
