Position Overview

This role can be based in Denver, CO in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible) or open to remote. The People Experience Executive Program Manager will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience across North America. This individual will partner closely with HR Business Partners, the People & Culture leadership team, and Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, People Analytics and the HRIS team) to execute projects, deliver reporting and metrics, and support board-level presentations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Program Management & Execution

Lead and manage People Experience programs and initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities

Coordinate cross-functional efforts with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions

Reporting & Analytics

Own North America People Experience reporting, dashboards, and metrics in partnership with the People Analytics team

Prepare executive-level materials, including board decks and leadership updates

Support SVP and partners on KPI, MBR, and other regular cadence of tracking as well as ad hoc requests as needed

Strategic Support

Serve as a trusted partner to senior People & Culture leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on data and trends

Support organizational design and change management efforts to enable scalability and efficiency

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships across HR and business teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives

Facilitate communication and alignment between People & Culture leadership and Centers of Excellence

Additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

Experience:

5+ years in program management, HR operations, or related roles within People & Culture or organizational development

Experience in fast-growing or scaling organizations preferred

Skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Success Metrics

Timely and accurate delivery of People Experience reporting and board materials

Successful execution of strategic initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget

Positive feedback from stakeholders on program impact and collaboration

Travel required is expected to be up to 25% but may increase over time as the business evolves

Additional Details

Salary Range: $130,000-140,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
