
IT Administrator - AV and Asset Management
The Position:
The AV & Asset Management Administrator plays a critical role in managing and supporting audio visual systems across all ISN office locations. This position also directly manages the lifecycle and inventory of all IT and AV assets throughout the organization. The AV Specialist ensures seamless operation of AV technologies in conference rooms, training spaces, and shared environments, while maintaining accurate asset records and promoting responsible equipment usage.
Who should apply?
3+ years’ experience in AV support and asset management
Experience with AV systems including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, cameras and control systems
Experience with AV platforms and technologies such as Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Shure, Logitech and Crestron
Proficiency in troubleshooting AV hardware and software issues
Familiarity with asset management platforms and inventory tracking tools
Experience with asset lifecycles including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
Able to regularly lift and move up to 30lbs
Responsibilities:
Maintain centralized inventory of all IT and AV assets across the organization
Troubleshoot AV issues in conference rooms, training spaces, and shared environments
Collaborate with vendors for AV installations, upgrades, and repairs
Understand and implement Microsoft Teams centric AV solutions, including licensing
Regularly travel to other ISN offices (domestic and international) to perform audio visual and asset management related tasks
Support ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance through asset and AV management practices
Job Location: 3232 McKinney Ave Ste 1500, Dallas, TX 75204 (100% on-site position, Monday through Friday).
