
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Acquisitions Agent, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Acquisitions Agent will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, negotiating with property sellers, managing property acquisitions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include researching market trends, analyzing property values, generating leads, and coordinating with the team to close property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on qualified leads via calls, email, and CRM
Guide U.S.-based buyers and sellers through the full sales process
Handle negotiations and objections professionally
Close real estate transactions with a client-focused approach
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets
Requirements
Experience in real estate investment, negotiation, and property acquisition
Strong research and analytical skills in market trends and property valuation
Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Sales, marketing, and lead generation expertise
Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM tools, and general technology applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Real estate or sales-related certifications or licenses are a plus
