This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Processor at Viva Lending Group. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing and underwriting mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines, and managing the loan approval process efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

Loan Processing and Underwriting expertise
Experience in managing various types of loans
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of loan processing software systems
