Hope all is well. We have 4 positions for UG NX Mechanical Designer positions come available. These positions are contract to perm (roughly 6 month on contract then going direct) located on the northwest side of Houston. These positions are working onsite, no remote or hybrid.
Our manager is looking for Mechanical Designers with a strong background in the design of turbine engines and turbine components. Ideal candidate will have power generation turbine experience. Candidate must have experience in the design of sheetmetal parts, tubing, welded beams and machine parts. Past experience at Pratt Whitney, Rolls Royce, Dresser Rand, Siemens, Solar Turbine is ideal. Candidate must have strong recent UG NX experience. Must have experience with TeamCenter.
Hiring will be completed via a Teams virtual interview. Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
