The

Itinerary Designer

is responsible for creating customized travel itineraries and exceptional travel experiences tailored to client preferences, budgets, and objectives. This role combines travel expertise, strong organizational skills, and client-focused service to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented travel plans in a fully remote environment.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected.

Key Responsibilities Design personalized domestic and international travel itineraries based on client needs, preferences, and budgets

Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to create seamless travel experiences

Coordinate bookings with vendors, suppliers, and travel partners

Ensure travel plans align with client schedules, travel policies, and safety requirements

Provide itinerary revisions and recommendations based on client feedback

Maintain accurate records of bookings, costs, and client communications

Stay current on travel trends, destination updates, and industry regulations

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Manage multiple client itineraries while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2–4 years of experience

in travel planning, itinerary design, or client-facing travel services

Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and destination research

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment

Compensation Annual Salary Range:

$55,000 – $80,000 USD , based on experience, expertise, and geographic location
