Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Lead Commercial Real Estate Agent, based in Livingston, NJ, with flexibility for partial work‑from‑home options. Responsibilities include managing and executing real estate transactions, assisting clients with buying and selling commercial properties, and coordinating activities to ensure smooth and timely closings. The agent will also develop new business relationships and utilize available tools and strategies for client success while driving sales growth.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate, and Brokerage
Possession of a valid Real Estate License in New Jersey
Experience in Sales, client negotiations, and relationship‑building
Strong understanding of real estate market trends and valuation processes
Self‑motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with real estate technologies and CRM systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
