They are part of the SCRUM team and can also be rebranded as “Product Backlog Manager”. He/She plays the role of the Team Protector whose mains responsibility is to keep a healthy backlog prioritized User Stories, so that the scrum team can continuously detail, develop, implement and deploy these stories.
Work with product management and a development team to deliver features and services that solve customer problems. Work closely with internal departments to ensure that Globe provides superb technology, tools, products and services. Craft and manage a unified solution, bringing together customer experience management and best-in-class digital experience technology**Duties and Responsibilities*** Prioritizing feature roadmap* Co-creating experiences for web channels* Drive CX enhancements resulting into funnel performance improvement* Understanding business priorities and context and acting as the single point of contact for channel-related discussions**Competencies*** Product Execution: feature specification, product delivery, product quality* Customer Insight: fluency with data, voice of the customer, user experience design* Product Strategy: business outcome ownership, product vision and roadmapping, strategic impact.* Influencing People: stakeholder management, team leadership**Requirements*** **With proven 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, leading product initiatives, business development, user experience design, or a related area.*** Must be a graduate of a business or IT course**Equal Opportunity Employer**
