In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with customers, identify sales opportunities, cross-sell insurance products, and encourage referrals. Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist clients with their inquiries related to policies, billing, coverage changes, and account modifications. Proactively determine customer needs and confidently recommend additional insurance products for enhanced coverage. Motivate satisfied clients to refer new business opportunities. Manage policy renewals while ensuring that all documentation is accurate and comprehensive. Collaborate with colleagues to address complex service and coverage challenges. Stay up-to-date on Farmers Insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations. What You'll Gain

Requirements Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license
(study materials will be provided at no cost). 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred, but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent required. Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills (managing 50-100 calls daily). Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks. Familiarity with basic Microsoft applications and data entry is required. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly encouraged to apply.
