THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Digital Experimentation Analyst plays a vital role in advancing our digital experimentation initiatives by delivering insightful measurements and analyses across web and app experiences. This position focuses on evaluating and interpreting test results, converting data into actionable insights that lead to tangible business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, curiosity, and the ability to craft compelling narratives from complex data. This role directly supports our Experimentation & Testing Manager in utilizing insights to drive strategic decisions across various digital teams (including UX, Digital Experience, Product PODs, Personalization, and Content). PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct analysis on A/B and multivariate tests using testing tools such as AB Tasty and Adobe Target, while ensuring data integrity, statistical soundness, and clear interpretation of outcomes. Validate experiment performance metrics such as traffic allocation and audience segmentation. Create post-test analyses that quantify the impact on KPIs, customer behaviors, and conversion rates. Transform insights into compelling narratives outlining implications, risks, and recommendations for next steps. Develop dashboards and reports that empower teams to utilize findings effectively. Work closely with Digital and Strategic Analytics teams to gain deeper insights into test performances through Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Assist in the determination of success metrics and measurement strategies for experimentation projects. Ensure effective documentation and sharing of learnings to promote a robust test-and-learn environment. Support the Refinement of analytical frameworks and best practices within the Experimentation & Testing team. Maintain clear communication of testing insights across different business areas. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative discipline. 1-3 years of experience in digital analytics, experimentation, or customer behavior analytics; eCommerce or retail experience is a plus. Familiarity with A/B Testing Tools, preferably Adobe Target or AB Tasty. Experience with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is an asset. Foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Adept at translating complex data into clear and actionable business insights. Skilled in data visualization and crafting analytical documentation. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, catering to both technical and non-technical partners. Attention to detail, strong critical thinking ability, and an innate curiosity about digital consumer behaviors. COMPENSATION: The pay range for this position is $66,200.00 - $82,000.00 per year, with the potential for additional compensation through the Company's bonus plan.
