The Social Media Marketing Lead will oversee our YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook channels, crafting a compelling social media marketing strategy that resonates with our diverse audience. Responsibilities Develop and implement a cohesive written and visual voice for our Autodesk Design & Manufacturing social media channels.
Curate a consistent stream of user-generated content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Meta.
Create a proactive community management strategy for YouTube addressing customer feedback and concerns expediently.
Collaborate with marketing, product, partnerships, and sales teams to execute high-impact organic social media campaigns.
Stay informed on emerging social media trends, including algorithm changes and the impact of LLMs on strategic approaches.
Manage and organize content intake queues and publishing calendars for Autodesk's Design and Manufacturing channels.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Assist in organizing and promoting digital events, such as webinars, livestreams, and promotional offers.
Minimum Qualifications Proven experience managing social media for B2B organizations.
In-depth understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement tailored to each platform.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to edit content for quality assurance.
Ability to create visually appealing content using basic graphic design tools as needed.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Proven capability to create transparent organizational structures for collaborative teamwork.
Technical aptitude to understand and communicate Autodesk's product design and manufacturing solutions.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Capacity to remain calm and productive under pressure, managing shifting deadlines creatively.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprout Social.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Vimeo, Wistia) is a plus; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization, along with knowledge of the impact of AI on SEO strategies.
Background in the product design and manufacturing industry is advantageous, with an understanding of the designer or engineer persona.
Experience with AI tools to enhance workflows and operational efficiencies.

Salary Transparency As part of Autodesk's competitive compensation structure, the starting base salary for this role ranges from $78,000 to $139,150, depending on experience and location. Additional components of our compensation package may include cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits scheme.
