Your Responsibilities:
Support Evolent's mission by collaborating with various teams on high-visibility projects, working closely with executives across the organization.
Collaboration Insights: Be a pivotal member of the employee experience and communications team within our Talent group, driving change management and enhancing employee experiences.
Engage with department representatives from Legal/Compliance, IT, Evolent International, Customer Service, Clinical Operations, and more.
Your Day-to-Day Activities: Compose, format, edit, and distribute communication materials such as newsletters, messages for executives, emails, videos, and presentations.
Oversee internal communications platforms, including Evolent's intranet, communications inbox, calendar, and regular publications.
Curate and plan communication content, featuring employee, customer, and patient stories for broader company initiatives.
Organize all-company meetings such as town halls, office hours, and informational sessions.
Assist in executing internal campaigns with effective messaging and rollout plans related to cultural initiatives, change management, and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate change management communications, representing the communications team when necessary.
Provide both logistical and creative support for internal events, town halls, leadership meetings, and employee recognition programs.
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, employee engagement, or public relations, with a strong preference for employee communications experience.
A bachelor's degree or higher in communications, public relations, English, journalism, marketing, business, or related fields is preferred.
Experience with email distribution tools, intranet platforms, and virtual event software is required, with familiarity in Viva Amplify, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Town Hall being advantageous.
Fundamental knowledge of visual communication tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) is required.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities, maintaining awareness of tone and clarity.
Ability to simplify complex information into engaging, employee-friendly messages.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; comfortable interacting with diverse teams and departments.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
