ServiceNow Consulting Manager - IT and Operational Technology (OT) Asset Management

The opportunity
In this role, you'll lead teams focused on the growing area of ServiceNow Transformation. This client-facing position allows you to motivate and mentor your team while fostering new client relationships. You'll have the chance to advance your consulting and leadership skills and make a significant impact on your career.
Your responsibilities will include gathering user/customer requirements and enhancing user interfaces across various platforms like mobile and web. You'll engage in coding, programming, and creating documentation to provide development services in line with business needs.

Lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management.
Develop solutions to complex issues and recommend changes that improve your work area.
Guide and mentor your team, ensuring successful task completion.
Skills and attributes for success
You'll work with a diverse client portfolio, tackling unique challenges each day. This may involve enhancing IT/OM Asset Management processes or exploring AI solutions to streamline operations.
Act as a lead across all aspects of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management projects, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 5-10+ resources, including offshore personnel.
Build lasting client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management implementations to meet specific business goals.
Analyze a company's IT/OM Asset Management capabilities and offer insights for strategic roadmaps.
Advise on the integration of CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
Facilitate client sessions and design workshops with subject matter experts.
Have experience in both waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk management.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposals and estimates.
Create high-quality project deliverables and artifacts.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
At least 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or Data Foundations.
5+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
Exceptional soft skills, including executive communication, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, and organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
A valid driver's license in the U.S. and the ability to travel for client engagements.
Ideally, you'll also have
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery and Vulnerability Response.
Experience in performance analytics and reporting; certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with ServiceNow's AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $142,600 to $261,500, with higher ranges applicable in specific regions.
