As a Lead Cloud Architect specializing in Hardware Solutions, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through their technological journey. Your expertise will help businesses leverage our solutions effectively.
In this position, you will take the lead as a Principal Sales Consultant, providing advanced presales technical and functional support to prospective clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted technical resource and mentor to your colleagues, focusing on complex sales opportunities that require innovative and tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will also include creating productivity tools and training modules for other Sales Consultants.
Your ability to deliver exceptional presentations and demonstrations of our products will be critical to your success in this role. You will oversee all aspects of the technical sales process and provide valuable architectural insights to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead presales technical support activities to prospective customers, ensuring exceptional service and client understanding.
Mentor and guide less experienced Sales Consultants.
Focus on large and intricate sales opportunities that necessitate innovative solutions.
Create and develop tools and training programs to enhance productivity within the sales team.
Deliver outstanding presentations and demonstrations of Oracle’s products.
Manage various aspects of the technical sales process, providing expert architectural advice.
Requirements:
3 years of vendor (sales and marketing) experience.
7 years of business experience with relevant computer applications or databases/tools.
Ability to implement advanced product features and thorough knowledge of system and application design.
In-depth knowledge of competitors and demonstrated project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including needs analysis and persuasive techniques.
Willingness to travel as required.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
This position is based in the United States. The hiring range is from $45.43 to $85.63 per hour, which translates to a yearly compensation of $94,500 to $178,100. Candidates may also be eligible for equity and commission opportunities.
