Join our vibrant Paid Social team as an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Social Media Advertising Specialist. In this crucial role, you will execute impactful social media campaigns, collaborating with our Digital Media, Account Services, and Analytics teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the activation of paid social media campaigns across various platforms, managing campaign setup, execution, optimization, pacing, and reporting.
Work closely with client teams and experienced members to analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations to maximize ROI.
Perform thorough quality assurance on all campaigns prior to launch, ensuring impeccable execution.
Provide insightful reports during the campaign lifecycle, identifying both immediate and long-term optimization opportunities.
Review and verify media plans and creative assets from client teams.
Keep precise records of insertion orders, collaborating with Planning teams to ensure accuracy.
Monitor daily campaign performance and proactively resolve any delivery or performance issues.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, market dynamics, and seasonal trends.
Cultivate strong relationships as a key point of contact with media partners and internal teams, including Account, Audience, and Analytics.
Exhibit proficient knowledge of leading social platforms and their unique advantages.
Conduct basic A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and copy, providing analysis and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1+ years of experience in e-commerce or performance-based Paid Social Marketing on platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Basic understanding of digital and social marketing principles along with consumer behavior.
Relevant paid social certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical skills with critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven, data-oriented, and exceptionally organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to explain complex topics clearly.
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint is beneficial.
Demonstrated attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects effectively.
Self-motivated, accountable, and adept in time management with a robust work ethic.
