A day in the life of a Customer Account Specialist includes:
Customer Service:
Provide friendly, top-tier customer experiences through excellent service in our stores and at customers' homes; assist with new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone. Deliveries & Pickups:
Enjoy the opportunity to leave the store while demonstrating your winning spirit through safe loading/unloading and installation of products, adhering to all handling procedures. Merchandising:
Keep our store inviting and organized for both customers and coworkers by refurbishing merchandise and maintaining a clean showroom. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Valid state driver's license with a good driving record — Driving company vehicles is required Ability to lift and move items like furniture, electronics, and appliances Excellent communication and customer service skills Desirable Traits: Looking for more than just a job—aiming for a CAREER Passionate about improving customers' lives Eager to learn and grow within the business Possess grit and determination Physical Demands: This role requires active engagement; you will be standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. Be prepared to frequently lift and/or move heavy items. Compliance with all safety guidelines is mandatory. Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Saturday, accommodating store open to close hours. Enjoy Sundays off and one other weekday off.
