The Opportunity
As part of our ongoing growth in Alliances, we are seeking an experienced Alliance Relationship Partner Program Director. This pivotal role involves collaborating with SAP to oversee partner programs, enhance relationship management, ensure governance, and manage contracts and compliance. This is an exciting challenge that will allow you to work with global teams across various EY service lines and sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive SAP alliance partner program strategy.
Access and deploy global SAP-level partner programs, ensuring local activation and adherence to compliance standards.
Provide insightful financial reporting and metrics that demonstrate the impact of individual alliance partners.
Activate new countries and regions, ensuring all necessary approvals and governance are established for new programs.
Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and requirements.
Contribute knowledge, market insights, and content to the global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network.
This role allows for flexibility, including a blend of virtual work and coordination with team members globally. Travel may be required. Skills and Attributes for Success Ability to manage multiple activities within relationship management, governance, marketing strategy, contract management, and operational support.
Strong understanding of SAP technology and its business advantages.
Experience in alliance management or business development within a technology or professional services firm.
Demonstrated success in progressing win-win alliance relationships.
Exceptional networking and influence management skills with a focus on delivering results across organizational boundaries.
Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills, with a proven history of driving alliance sales and revenues.
