The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead our digital identity initiatives, aligning security management strategies with client business objectives. Your expertise will enhance PAM solutions by assessing current capabilities, designing strategies, and implementing effective governance frameworks.
Your key responsibilities
Lead assessments of PAM capabilities and deliver maturity benchmarks.
Develop tailored PAM strategies and roadmaps to meet client goals.
Design target operating models and create robust governance structures.
Establish comprehensive PAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct thorough vendor evaluations and assessments.
Engage in innovative PAM transformation efforts through design and architecture.
Re-engineer processes and policies to enhance PAM effectiveness.
Oversee integration and migration of PAM solutions.
Drive discovery and remediation of privileged accounts and secrets.
Implement automation to streamline operational processes.
Skills and attributes for success
Proven ability to lead and motivate engagement teams, providing technical leadership in security and IT risk solutions.
Create an inclusive team culture while mentoring junior consultants.
Deliver high-quality client services on time and within budget, while identifying risks and business growth opportunities.
Leverage knowledge of industry trends to enhance client engagements and present findings effectively.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and approximately 5 years of relevant work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related experience.
Experience with PAM solutions and technologies (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
Understanding of role-based access control and secret management solutions.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and familiarity with IGA solutions.
Foundational knowledge of access control concepts (directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Java, C#) and process mapping.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally at an estimated rate of 40-60%.
Ideally, you'd also have:
Strong communication skills for effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) or a willingness to obtain within a year.
Certifications from PAM vendors are a plus.
