Our team supports every aspect of the Pro customer journey, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, safe loading, expert product recommendations, and tailored delivery solutions. As a member of the Pro Customer Service/Sales Team, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales by leveraging your product knowledge and loyalty programs. Provide exceptional service tailored to each customer's project needs. Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and share specialized product knowledge. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Help resolve delivery issues and communicate Home Depot's unique advantages over competitors. Team members are expected to achieve monthly sales goals and metrics that drive store success. You will also monitor inventory and execute sales initiatives in alignment with store objectives, all while upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations to better serve our diverse customer base.
