Office Manager
to join our Coral Gables team! If you love wellness products, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a clean, fast-paced environment, this is a great fit for you. What Youll Do Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere Assist with administrative tasks (filing, invoicing, emails, copies) Communicate with clients and team members Schedule and coordinate daily deliveries Handle light errands (bank, post office, etc.) Keep our wellness product displays neat and attractive
What Were Looking For
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with customers and working with a small team Bilingual English/Spanish required A polished, neat appearance Interest in health/wellness is a plus Prior retail or front-desk experience is helpful (not required!)
Hours & Pay
MonFri: 9am6pm Saturday: 10am2pm No holidays $17/hour + bonuses Start Date: ASAP
