UI/UX Developer 3 – Contract Position

About the Role Contract Length: 6 months with the possibility of extending based on performance and project need.

Local Richmond, VA candidates required.

Requires working and interviewing on site.

THIS ROLE IS A PART TIME POSITION. IT WILL BE 20 HOURS PER WEEK. THERE MAY BE TIMES YOU WORK OVER 20 HRS PER WEEK BUT THAT WILL CASE BY CASE BASIS.

Job Description We are modernizing our flagship cloud hosted (OCI) application BADGE from the current desktop version to a web based version. Need to be able to understand the code in the current desktop application to migrate to the new Web based application. You will be working closely with our lead developers and the other contractors.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of systems development and design using Visual Studio .Net

Advanced knowledge in developing ASP.Net, Web Services and Web applications in .Net

Advanced knowledge of .Net technologies (Visual Basic, C#, .Net Framework)

Experience working in MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery Unobtrusive Validation, HTML, and CSS

Experience working with WinForms / WPF Forms

Experience working with TFS / GIT Source Control

Experience working with RDBMS and writing complex SQL queries. Experience working with Oracle and PL/SQL preferred

Experience in Angular/React desired
