Key Responsibilities:
Promote company services to general contractors and property managers.
Prepare bids for commercial and light industrial painting projects valued over $500K.
Lead and inspire project teams with a hands-on approach.
Ensure reliable and efficient project execution.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator with a Union Paint Subcontractor.
Ability to effectively communicate and present products and services to clients.
Proficiency with Planswift or similar estimating software.
Proven experience in commercial painting is essential.
Adept at using technology to enhance client services.
