Overview of Responsibilities
As a Fresh Produce Associate, you will embody our commitment to quality fresh produce every day! You'll ensure our fruits and vegetables are handled and showcased to perfection, delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Key responsibilities include:
Stocking the Produce department with a keen eye for presentation, organization, and accurate pricing.
Maintaining top product quality by properly rotating and presenting items, which includes trimming, watering, and displaying goods.
Managing inventory effectively to ensure freshness and availability while assisting customers with their inquiries in a friendly manner.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and collaboration are key!
Team Member Age Restrictions
Team members under 18 years of age are restricted from tasks such as using sharp knives, climbing ladders, and operating heavy machinery.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old.
Dependable and flexible, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Respectful of others and committed to the culture of diversity and inclusion.
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and team spirit.
Able to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, and stay organized.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
Capable of walking up to 5 miles during an 8-hour shift.
