position offers an hourly wage as per Get It Now!'s payroll policies. Employees are paid on a WEEKLY basis. $13.73 - $16.15 per hour (Paid weekly) Key Responsibilities Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service in-store and during home visits, ensuring top service and securing new orders as necessary. Deliveries and Pickups Showcase a positive attitude while safely handling the loading, unloading, and installation of products, while maintaining cleanliness and proper upkeep of company vehicles. Merchandising Keep the store inviting, organized, and clean, ensuring merchandise reflects a brand-new condition for both customers and colleagues. Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid state driver's license with a good driving record—driving company vehicles will be required Able to lift and move items like furniture, electronics, and appliances Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Dependable in-person attendance Why Join Get It Now!?
