We also provide exceptional benefits. What You'll Be Doing: In this role, you will expand your client portfolio while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities. By deeply engaging with clients, you will take on more responsibility in setting and negotiating terms. Your contributions will substantially enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Key Tasks: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within your assigned market.

Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and align them with our offerings.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate product/service terms with moderate authority proactively.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales metrics.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales while managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and issues effectively.

Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports.

Participate in developing strategic initiatives to meet sales targets.

You're a Great Fit if You Meet These Requirements: Bachelor's Degree.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Familiarity with the organization's products or services is preferred.

Ability to engage in moderate negotiation and sales tactics effectively.

Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Problem-solving skills to address moderately complex customer issues.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Basic analytical skills for tracking performance and metrics.
