Analyze the impact of business strategies on architecture, including organization, information, infrastructure, and applications. Define capabilities, roles, processes, and skills associated with enterprise architecture. Create thorough architecture blueprints and roadmaps for complex technology environments. Extract insights from industry dynamics and technology trends to recommend vital changes in enterprise architectures. Drive significant technology transformations to achieve business value through effective enterprise architecture management. Utilize Accenture's global network to gain insights into enterprise architecture. Advance expertise in Enterprise Architecture's assets, frameworks, patterns, and governance. Key Skills: Intermediate Level: Business Architecture Data and Information Architecture and Governance Enterprise Architecture Operating Model Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Planning Enterprise IT Governance Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture Integration Architecture Security Architecture Solution and Application Architecture Technology and Platforms As a Manager, You Will: Lead major workstreams, ensuring timely deliverables while mentoring and supporting the growth of your team. Contribute to the development of innovative thought leadership and assets providing valuable insights into Enterprise Architecture. Build relationships with senior clients, aiming to establish connections at the C-suite level and promote collaboration. Participate in the strategic selling and execution of enterprise architecture projects. Collaborate with strategic partners in the ecosystem. Encourage self-development and mentor junior team members. Be open to travel up to 80% of the time. What You Need: Minimum of 4 years of experience defining and implementing enterprise architectures. At least 4 years of experience in creating roadmaps and developing business cases. Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in technology or architecture. 2+ years of experience leading teams and formulating architectural recommendations. Broad knowledge of common architecture challenges and best practices. Bachelor’s Degree required. Bonus Points If You Have: An MBA or a graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Expertise in specific Enterprise Architecture components. Industry-recognized Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience implementing emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Robotics). Compensation varies based on role, skill set, and experience.
