Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of
ServiceNow ITSM
modules Design and optimize
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Asset Management Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Customize workflows, business rules, scripts, and UI policies Ensure ITIL best practices and governance compliance Support production issues, upgrades, and enhancements Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience with
ServiceNow ITSM Advanced JavaScript and Glide scripting ITIL process expertise ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM preferred
