The Opportunity Within the Security Technology Services (STS) organization of Information Security, you will enable more than 400,000 individuals across 150+ countries to securely access essential systems and information. We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader in Cybersecurity Enterprise Architecture to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and solution architecture. You will influence the future architectural direction for security technologies, focusing on protecting network and infrastructure for EY globally. This role involves leading the design and implementation of business processes within our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) programs. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business capabilities with current and future processes, technology solutions, and data architectures, driving continuous improvement through effective risk integration and stakeholder collaboration. Your Key Responsibilities Develop and document strategic technology strategies for security technology domains. Provide thought leadership in security and business at the enterprise level. Lead the mapping and design of business capabilities, ensuring alignment with GRC & IRM objectives. Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement. Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their business needs are fully addressed. Incorporate risk management principles into business processes. Establish governance frameworks to define process ownership and compliance requirements. Design processes that facilitate user adoption and guide training strategies. Ensure business processes are supported by accurate data through collaboration with IT and data management teams. Create and enforce standards for documentation and process representation. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring process performance and effectiveness. Lead cross-functional teams to harmonize business capabilities and processes across units. Mentor and develop data and security architects. Skills and Attributes for Success Proven experience in initiating innovative ideas and leading architectural initiatives. Adept at process mapping and designing future-state processes aligned with organizational goals. Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and recommend actionable solutions. Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with risk management principles for effective integration of risk considerations. Experience in developing governance frameworks to ensure accountability. Change management skills to support successful adoption of new processes. Knowledge of data architecture and integration techniques to enhance business processes. Proficiency in creating documentation standards for consistent process representation. Capability to define and track performance metrics for continuous improvement. Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration for comprehensive process alignment. Ability to capture opportunities for enhancing cybersecurity practices. 16+ years in IT, with 8+ years in architecture or technology leadership roles. 4+ years of experience in business process and capability mapping. 4+ years in data and AI strategy. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Proven success in business architecture, process design, and risk management within a GRC context. Strong leadership skills to influence and lead organizational change. This role is crucial for driving business architecture initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and improve compliance and risk management. Ideally, You'll Also Have Security certifications like CISSP or CISM. Familiarity with TOGAF or SABSA architecture frameworks. SANS certifications, including GSEC, ECSA, or ECSP. What We Offer You We provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including performance-based rewards for your contributions. The base salary range for this role in the US is $152,700 to $294,000, with specific areas offering higher ranges.
