We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer to be assigned to our Istanbul Region Office. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control financial risks within the sales channels and ensure the achievement of regional targets Conduct market and competitor analyses for commercial products in the assigned region Recommend and implement actions to increase regional market share Develop new customers within the commercial product market Create, implement, and supervise sales policies and plans for each sales channel Requirements
Experience in sales and marketing of heating systems Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales of heating and/or renewable energy systems Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools Strong interpersonal skills; proactive and able to guide others Active driver Strong team player Customer-oriented, adaptable, and persuasive High sense of responsibility and ownership Benefits
