Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s).

Essential Functions

Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning, analysis and other studies.

Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analysis and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability, prior to presentation to senior management.

Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.

Conducts external research and quantitative analysis as required. Identifies, researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations to support the organizations growth objectives.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.

Strong communications and human relations skills.

Preferred Qualifications Analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills, focusing on Strategic Thinking & Vision, Communication, Problem-Solving, Business Acumen, and Adaptability, alongside Data Literacy, Decision-Making, and the ability to align teams around a clear, long-term direction, effectively bridging big-picture planning with practical execution and innovation.
