Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an
Experienced Catering Server
for a fine-dining catering environment in the Mid City area.
Essential Duties:
Provide high-quality food and beverage service at catered events in a fine setting
Set up and break down dining areas, including tables, linens, and service stations
Serve guests professionally, courteously, and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and event service standards
Communicate effectively with event leads, kitchen staff, and fellow servers
Requirements/Skills:
Previous catering or fine-dining server experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry trays, equipment, or supplies up to 40 lbs
Ability to bend, stoop, and move efficiently throughout event spaces
