Job Summary
Spring Valley Golf Course in Neosho, MO is currently looking for an Assistant Superintendent. The course is managed by Maxim Golf Solutions and is owned by the city of Neosho.
Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the superintendent, performing day‑to‑day duties including spray, course set up, and irrigation.
Educational Requirements High School Diploma. A turf degree or certificate is beneficial but not required.
Experience Requirements At least 2 to 3 years in golf course maintenance or a similar field. Prior assistant experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits $40,000 to $45,000 per year. Overtime: No. Salary position. 401 K, health insurance, vision, dental, and PTO.
