What You'll Be Doing
Strategy & Planning:
Establish and oversee a comprehensive social video content strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and the Base App. Define measurable goals and KPIs focused on growth, engagement, and conversion. Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to guide strategies.
Content Creation & Campaigns:
Collaborate with marketing teams and community creators to produce engaging and unique platform-native content. Create creative briefs and posting strategies that align with key launches, campaigns, and cultural trends. Experiment with new trends, formats, and technologies to keep the brand dynamic and relevant.
Community & Engagement:
Build and nurture community through genuine engagement and partnerships with creators. Highlight and amplify user-generated content and influencer collaborations.
Performance & Optimization:
Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics; convert insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders. Enhance content performance through A/B testing, creative tweaks, and real-time trend analysis.
What We Look for in You
6+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling. A deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends. Strong creative instincts coupled with analytical thinking. Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen visual sense. The target annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000, depending on your work location. This role also includes eligibility for bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
