We are currently seeking a talented Cybersecurity Specialist to become a part of our dedicated team located in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, you will design, develop, implement, and oversee solutions to tackle the complex challenges faced by our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct forensics and attack attribution to investigate security incidents.
Safeguard critical networks against cyber threats.
Issue timely warnings and indicators for system vulnerabilities.
Perform penetration testing on targeted systems to identify weaknesses.
Engage in knowledge discovery from both passive and active systems.
Assist with other essential computer science mission support tasks.
Requirements:
A.A. degree with 7+ years of relevant experience; B.S. degree with 5+ years; or M.S. degree with 3+ years of experience in a related field.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline that includes at least 1 programming course and 4 upper-level math courses.
5+ years of expertise in several of the following areas:
Strong understanding of operating systems, compiler theory, database theory, algorithm analysis, computer architecture, discrete mathematics, programming language theory, and data structures.
Clearance Requirements:
Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
In accordance with local law, Accenture Federal Services offers competitive compensation for hired roles based on regional labor costs. The base pay range for this position in specific locations is $140,400-$265,300 USD. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
