Job Classification:Technology - Engineering & Cloud## **Your Team**As a Director, Tech Lead within GI Product Delivery, you’ll partner with product owners, designers, engineers, and delivery professionals to advance the Link2GI Salesforce application. You’ll shape technical strategy, define the application’s architecture, and mentor a talented engineering team as you build solutions to complex business challenges. Your deep technical expertise, strong communication and collaboration skills, agile mindset, inclusive leadership style, and passion for continuous learning will be essential to your success.## **What You’ll Do*** Drive the vision for the GI Salesforce App and lead the design of its overall technical architecture in collaboration with the team* Define the technical design and environments strategy—including deployment approaches—with an MVP and “emerging architecture” mindset* Partner with product owners to align the roadmap with the strengths and opportunities of the technical stack, applying business insight to influence decisions* Guide Agile teams on coding practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment, translating technology strategy into practical, actionable work* Mentor and coach the technical team, supporting code reviews, building domain expertise, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation* Identify and resolve complex technical impediments that block team progress* Contribute directly to coding and solution development, consistently exploring creative approaches and challenging the status quo* Serve as a technical liaison across teams to integrate applications and implement software engineering best practices that elevate code quality## **The Skills & Expertise You Bring*** Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields* Lead and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization* Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)* Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business* Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges* Strong executive presence with an ability to translate and communicate sophisticated technical solutions in understandable terms to a broad range of audiences* Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills* Significant experience and/or deep expertise with several of the following:* Salesforce platform* Web Development* Micro-services* API Development* Preferred qualifications:

+ Mobile Development

+ .Net Development

The salary range for this role is from $171,500.00 to $257,300.00.
