JR10001868Located in:Evesham, New Jersey 08053The People Operations Business Partner will provide first-line support to departmental groups. Reporting to the Director of People Operations this person will add significant value to the business by providing broad strategic HR leadership. The People Operations Business Partnert will consultant department leaders in areas such as employee engagement, retention, people development, organizational design, coaching, mentoring, consulting on compensation, benefits design, employee recognition, communication strategy, team building, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a business-focused strategic minded HR professional with a change agent communication who understands how corporate organizations function and can adapt quickly in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment. Primary responsibility will be to administer Human Resources policies, processes, and programs. Promote effective employee relations and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Identifies and implements process improvement human resource initiatives.**Hybrid role from Marlton, NJ or Newton, NJ.**Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

• Partner with internal business clients to determine human resources priorities that will enable superior business operations and outcomes.

• Lead efforts to improve employee engagement and retention among employees by enhancing overall work experience, development activities, and recognition/reward programs.

• Deliver Human Resources guidance, recommendations, or overall improvements in areas consisting of employee relations, employee engagement, career development, performance management, compensation, compliance, and organizational development.

• Ensure the highest level of accessibility and customer service to the leadership team and staff.

• Contribute thought leadership around people and process improvements that will achieve greater efficiency, quality, and satisfaction in the organization.

• Create and facilitate training programs as needed to support development or compliance initiatives.• Foster open communication and cross-functional collaboration between across the organization.

• Creates a positive open listener environment where individuals are heard that facilities open dialogue.

• Operationalize current Human Resources procedures ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local employment regulations/standards.

• Proactively drives the development, implementation, and administration of a growth-focused Human Resources program for designated organizations.

• Other duties as assigned. Other duties, as assigned.**Education & Experience**• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field. Equivalent combination of education, or experience in lieu of degree.

• 7+ years of experience as a HR generalist, or human resource business partner or similar role combination.

• 5+ years of progressive human resource experience within healthcare or healthcare services is required.**Required Skills and Abilities:**

• Proven ability to evaluate employment-related situations, gather appropriate information, and provide sound guidance to management and employees

• Demonstrated ability to independently research and analyze various types of data, trends and reports and make related business decisions

• Demonstrated effective analytical, problem solving, judgment, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, with competing deadlines in an effective manner

• Proven knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resource administration, including but not limited to policy and procedure, benefit, regulatory compliance, and HR systems.

• Demonstrated effective influencing competencies and thought leadership.

• Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment laws

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information (including Protected Health Information).

• Demonstrated successful experience with multi-state HR responsibility preferred

• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with various levels within an organization**Preferred Qualifications**

• 2+ years of experience with private equity, or venture capital is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with WorkDay is a plusThe compensation range for this position is $80,000– $95,000 annually. Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data #J-18808-Ljbffr
