The Senior Investor Relations Analyst plays a critical role in shaping and delivering the company’s investor messaging. This position partners closely with senior leadership to communicate financial performance, strategy, and long‑term value creation to the investment community. The role blends deep financial analysis, capital markets insight, and executive‑level communication.

What You’ll Do Investor Communications & Earnings

Lead preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, earnings scripts, investor presentations, and detailed Q&A support

Develop and refine core investor messaging in partnership with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Communications teams

Support guidance formulation, scenario analysis, and messaging alignment

Maintain earnings calendars, disclosure timelines, and internal review processes

Financial Analysis & Modeling

Own internal IR models, including long‑range financial models, consensus tracking, and sensitivity analyses

Analyze quarterly and annual performance, key drivers, and segment‑level results

Evaluate valuation, capital structure, and return frameworks relative to peers

Support capital allocation and capital markets analyses

Investor & Analyst Engagement

Prepare senior executives for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and non‑deal meetings

Serve as a point of contact for sell‑side analysts and institutional investors on routine matters

Track investor feedback, key themes, and perception trends; synthesize insights for leadership

Maintain shareholder analysis, targeting, and engagement plans

Monitor peer earnings, estimates, valuation multiples, and strategic actions

Track industry trends, macro developments, and investor positioning

Support investor perception studies and competitive benchmarking

Governance, Disclosure & Compliance

Ensure external communications comply with Reg FD and disclosure requirements

Coordinate preparation and review of IR‑related filings and public disclosures

Own and maintain IR website content and supporting materials

Partner with Legal on disclosure controls and best practices

Strategic & Special Projects

Support capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings and rating agency engagements

Contribute to long‑term strategic planning, investor day preparation, and M&A‑related communications

Support ESG and sustainability disclosures, as applicable

Mentor junior team members and support development of IR processes and tools

What You’ll Bring Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

3–6 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, FP&A, or corporate finance

Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets

Proven ability to communicate complex financial and strategic topics clearly

High degree of professionalism, judgment, and discretion

Preferred

CFA designation or progress toward CFA

Experience supporting earnings, guidance, and investor interactions

Familiarity with public company disclosure requirements

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ

What You’ll Receive As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
