Responsibilities

Enter ticket data into Excel
Perform high-volume, accurate data entry
Pull invoices and assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks
File and organize paperwork

Qualifications

Strong data entry accuracy and speed
Proficiency in Excel
Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work 8-5, Monday-Friday in an onsite role

Data Entry / Billing Clerk Charleston, WV 100% onsite

Kelly Services is currently partnering with a large distributor in the Charleston, WV and seeking a Data Entry / Billing Clerk to join the team.

Duration: Contract 3-4 months

Pay: $17.50 - $19 hourly

Location: Charleston, WV

Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Job Details:

Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly summary invoicing for customers
Download, customize, and mail summary recaps, and/or invoices, to customers
Work with and invoice through customer online Accounts Payable web sites
Responsible for providing customers with required attachments including mill test reports, delivery receipts, freight bills, etc.
Provide freight bill backup to customers and others as requested
Prepare various aging reports as needed
Analyze invoice error report and fix those transactions that failed to be properly invoiced
Complete pro forma invoices for pre-bill and international customers

Requirements:

High school diploma or a GED with prior experience in data entry, accounting, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, administrative or similar
Must have basic Excel skills
Looking for someone with excellent data entry skills, where accuracy is more important than speed
Working knowledge of MS Office, with excellent skills in Excel; ability to learn SIMS and other web based applications

Preferred knowledge: Working knowledge in Ariba, Open Invoice, Cortex, Coupa, Taulia and/or iSupplier helpful. Ability to establish a good rapport with vendors, customers, branch employees, department personnel, freight carriers, and other corporate employees using written correspondence, proper phone etiquette, and other effective interpersonal skills.

Description

Mazak Corporation is looking for a painter to join the Fabrication team. The Powder Painter will hang, coat, and store metal parts on an automated powder coat paint line.

Scope and Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
* Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
* Hang metal parts on the automated conveyor line
* Coat the light areas on the parts that the automatic guns miss
* Remove and store coated parts on designated carts for delivery to assembly department
* Participate in cleaning system between color changes with other associates
* Hours in department are 5 am.- 3:30 pm. Monday through Friday
* Some Saturday overtime is possible each month based on schedule needs

Education/Certification:
* High school diploma or equivalent required

Skills:
* Attention to detail
* Ability to lift parts up to 30-40 pounds onto hooks on conveyor line
