Information Technology / Telecommunications Lead Salesforce Developer (onsite)

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in West Palm Beach/ Miami, FL (required)
Hands-on experience in Salesforce development (10+ years)
Experience in an architect or principal-level role (3 years)
Experience with Salesforce platform including Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and multi-cloud solutions
4 Salesforce certifications, including: Platform Developer II; Application Architect or System Architect
Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar iPaaS platforms and complex integration patterns
Experience in leading technical teams, establishing standards, and driving organizational change in Agile/SAFe environments
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado), and automated testing frameworks

Experience with Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) and decision automation platforms
Experience in utility industry applications (nCino, Vlocity/Industries, or similar)
Experience in data migration, ETL processes, and master data management
Experience with Agile at scale (SAFe) methodologies
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Experience implementing AI/ML solutions or Einstein platform capabilities
Certifications such as Integration Architect, Identity & Access Management, Data Architect, or AI Specialist

Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks across the enterprise
Architect complex, scalable solutions spanning multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and integrations
Design and develop sophisticated solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture
Architect enterprise integrations using MuleSoft and custom API solutions with complex orchestration patterns
Lead and mentor teams of senior developers, architects, and technical leads across onsite and offshore locations
Establish coding standards, peer review processes, and technical excellence programs
Translate complex business strategies into comprehensive technical solutions and roadmaps
