Junior Management Analyst

Brief Overview of Position:

Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) seeks a Junior Management Analyst who will contribute to business process improvement, report development, data collection, and project administration to support Military Customer Information Technology (IT) programs and service management, operating in close alignment with Service Management and process control best practices.

Required Qualifications, Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• 1+ years' federal program support or management analysis experience
• Security Clearance Requirement
• Active Secret security clearance or higher
  
  • Security+ and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications required
  
  

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Strong Financial and Procurement Analysis capabilities
• CSP, CASP+, CEH, CompTIA Network+, PMP, or Cost Benefit Analysis certifications desired
• Experience supporting program management, IT service delivery, or Federal/Defense customers
• Strong MS Office and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate analysis clearly
