Overview
Title: SAP PLM/MES Consultant
Location: Casa Grande, Arizona 85193 (100% Onsite Primary location Phoenix, AZ with occasional travel to Newark, CA)
Duration: 6 months
(Should be flexible for travel between Arizona and Newark, CA)
Required experience level: 12+ Yrs
Role Strength:Meets minimum TPM + SAP S/4HANA, MES, PLM, WMS/EWM, TMS, ERP
Responsibilities
End-to-end delivery leadership across SAP S/4HANA, MES, PLM, WMS/EWM, TMS, data, infrastructure, and security
Build & maintain integrated master plan (scope, schedule, dependencies, resources, RAID)
Lead cross-functional delivery (IT, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, quality, finance)
Coordinate global sites, manage time zones, ensure readiness (people/process/data/tech)
Architecture convergence across SAP + MES + PLM + plant systems
Integration contracts, NFRs, throughput, performance engineering.
