Director of Governmental Reporting

Our client is looking to hire a Director of Governmental Reporting. This is an opportunity to lead a skilled finance team within a highly respected and stable organization known for its strong culture and long-term employee retention.

About the Role

The Director will oversee all financial and governmental reporting functions, including:

• Federal and state tax and charity reporting
• CMS/HHS compliance and submissions
• Monthly net revenue and A/R valuation

What Were Looking For

• Strong background in Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and CMS reimbursement rules
• Healthcare finance operations experience (large hospital or health system preferred)
• Big 4 or public accounting background with healthcare clients
• Bachelors degree in Accounting (Masters preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
