You will launch, kill, and scale campaigns daily based on ROAS and CAC. You understand that the creative is the targeting./ppOrchestrate Outbound Ops: You will build automated, high-intent outbound systems using modern tools (Clay, Instantly, Apollo). You will scrape lists, enrich data, and write personalized sequences that get demos booked via email + LinkedIn + other channels./ppHigh-Velocity Creative Production: You dont wait 3 days for a designer to make a banner. You know how to use Canva/Figma yourself. You will spin up 10-20 ad creatives and landing page variants per week to find the winning hooks./ppFull-Funnel CRO: You will put together landing pages + copy, improve the sign-up flow, and the email nurture sequences to grease the wheels from Click to Credit Card./ppRevenue Obsession: You dont care about vanity metrics like impressions or brand lift.
