Legal Search Recruitment Consultant New York City

  • (Senior hires considered up to $100k$200k base with up to 70% commission)
  • Work from home but must be able to commute to New York for client meetings.

An opportunity to join a global, partner-led legal recruitment firm as it builds out its New York City presence.

This is the first of several hires for our clients NYC office, making it a standout chance for someone who wants to get in early, learn from experienced consultants and senior leadership, and grow alongside the business.

Youll have access to a dedicated NYC office, flexibility in how you work, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with leading US and international law firms.

The role:

  • Executive search, work on retained and exclusive legal recruitment
  • Headhunting and developing relationships with Partner level candidates
  • Work with Top 50 Law Firms
  • Building a network across the US and international legal market

  • Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
  • Previous executive search or senior level recruitment experience
  • Drive, ambition, and resilience in a people-led environment
  • Credibility and gravitas to work with senior level Partners

  • Commission paid on introductions, originations and full 360 placements.
