
Were hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of an established set of client accounts and lead recruitment delivery across those relationships. This is a delivery-focused role suited for someone who enjoys running searches end-to-end while building long-term client partnerships.
Youll inherit approximately 10 active house accounts, giving you immediate exposure, activity, and earning potential from day one.
What Youll Be Doing
Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for ~10 existing client accounts
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and feedback throughout searches
- Provide market insight and regular search updates
Recruitment & Delivery
- Run full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and close
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Present qualified candidates and manage interview processes
- Deliver consistently with urgency, quality, and accountability
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience in agency recruitment or a delivery-focused staffing role
- Comfortable owning both delivery and client relationships
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Able to manage multiple searches at once
- Relationship-driven and results-oriented
