• Understanding of end-to-end testing process / post go live services / process automation and documenting the same is a critical competency.
• Test Delivery and Quality Assurance
• Oversee end-to-end test delivery across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases in collaboration with project teams.
• Monitor and analyze test results, identify trends, and propose corrective actions to continuously improve quality.
• Presales / Testing / test automation services is needed
• Experience working with testing tools / platforms (Test automation, performance, test management)
• Experience in presales, proposal making, presenting the solutions to the clients would be an added advantage.
• Understand different effort estimation methodologies and apply them to specific proposals is critical skill for the role.
• Good articulation and analysis skills is a must for the role.
