4+ years of Business Analyst experience

Retail Energy experience such as CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, Sales, and C&I/Mass Market products (must have)

Other related experience such wholesale, settlements, utilities, or trading is a plus

Experience working for a management consulting firm preferred

Solid Business Analyst skills, including experience interviewing client executives to gather and document business requirements and process mapping

Soar Developer/Engineer

Exciting remote SOAR Developer/Engineer contract opportunity. Automate SOC Security Incident Response processes providing the ability to analyze and resolve alerts from existing security tools leveraging a single stream management system. Develop and maintain custom applications for SOC workflows. Assist with process development and process improvement for SOC to include creation/modification of SOPs, Playbooks, and work instructions. Integrate SOAR platform with other security tools and APIs to execute automated workflows. Author, test, and maintain automation scripts/workflows within SOAR platform. Design, implement, and maintain efficient and reusable Python, Javascript, and JSON code. Review, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout all stages of SDLC. Coordinate with system administrators and engineers to provision service accounts and/or grant required permissions. Actively mentor and train team members of the SOC processes, governance, and frameworks.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements: 2 plus years of work experience in one or more Cybersecurity focus areas such as SOC or Network Security. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Experience with SOAR platforms such as Swimlane, Phantom, XSOAR, etc. Experience in security process mapping, security process analysis, security process improvement concepts, models, and best practices. Overview

Responsibilities

Nearly 5+ years of experience in S/4HANA with MM expertise.
5+ years of experience in implementation and support of the MM module.
Work closely with core team and power users to resolve issues and provide clarifications in MM.
Experience integrating MM with FICO and PP; understand business requirements.
Support application development interfaces, reports, conversion programs, and custom functionality and enhancements.
Collaborate with customer Functional Teams performing testing and validating ad-hoc requirements for local and global business processes.

Additional Responsibilities

Resolve incidents and problems in the SAP MM module.
Estimate RFC development work.
Prepare functional design documentation for RFC development work.
Configure requirements in the respective SAP module.
Disseminate knowledge to business users on new changes implemented.
Define or modify authorization profiles for required business users.
Update required functional documentation.
Escalate unresolved issues to the next level timely.
Coordinate cross-functional and techno-functional activities as needed.

Qualifications / Skills

Good knowledge of MM functional modules, reports, user exits, IDOCs, conversions, custom tables, Adobe forms, etc.
Ability to unit test developments in SD and integration with SD/FICO.
Independent in handling system-related issues and strong communication skills.
